02Cost estimations, quotations, and formal contracts

A legally enforceable business relationship is formed exclusively upon mutual execution of a formal written Quotation, Work Agreement (Surat Perjanjian Kerja / SPK), Purchase Order (PO), or Construction Contract signed by authorized executive representatives of both PT. Livindo Artha Gracia and the Client.
Engineering specifications, physical raw material selection (including hardwoods, structural steel tubing, acrylics, brass, architectural LEDs, and HPL/duco coating systems), on-site installation timetables, venue loading permits, occupational health and safety (K3) guidelines, and warranty terms are governed strictly under individual project contract documentation.
03Intellectual property and proprietary design assets
All materials presented on this website - including but not limited to architectural blueprints, 3D conceptual renderings, project documentary photography, editorial compositions, Livindo Group monogram trademarks, interface layouts, and source code - constitute exclusive intellectual property owned by PT. If such dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) calendar days, the parties consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia (Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang), without prejudice to PT. Livindo Artha Gracia’s right to seek urgent injunctive or preliminary relief before any other competent court.
